Our Philosophy

At Everyday Mindfulness, we started with a simple idea: to help people find peace in the chaos of everyday life. Our founder, Natasha, is a qualified secondary school and mindfulness teacher with over 15 years teaching experience in UK schools. In 2024 after years of personal  meditation practice she embarked on her own mindfulness journe

At Everyday Mindfulness, we started with a simple idea: to help people find peace in the chaos of everyday life. Our founder, Natasha, is a qualified secondary school and mindfulness teacher with over 15 years teaching experience in UK schools. In 2024 after years of personal  meditation practice she embarked on her own mindfulness journey, qualifying as a registered mindfulness teacher in 2025. Natasha soon realised the benefits of bringing mindfulness into everyday life to help her students and soon wanted to share this with others within the field of education and beyond.
