At Everyday Mindfulness, we believe that mindfulness isn’t just a practice — it’s a way of living that can positively transform how we work, relate, and care for ourselves and others.
We offer a range of accessible mindfulness courses in Essex, East Hertfordshire, South Cambridgeshire and London.
Our courses are designed to meet people where they are — whether that’s in a school, workplace, or in personal settings. From one-to-one sessions and group workshops to structured 4, 6, or 8-week programmes, our goal is to help individuals build practical mindfulness skills that support focus, resilience, emotional well-being, and healthier relationships.
